Men's groups meets 2wice a month with particular themes for collective healing. This can be anything from a shamanic journey - group energy healing - movement - breathwork or meditation practice.

This is for those ready to deep dive into the Hero's journey! Together we will create a 4 month container to work on whatever it is that you want to transform in your life.
