I believe that some healing requires the wisdom of men supporting men, while other journeys call for the unique touch of the feminine. I truly honor the courage it takes to show up raw, and transparently, willing to shed the layers and make changes in our lives. It usually begins when we are fed up with something in our lives and we have a deep desire for something more. This can show up as illness, depression, and manifests in many dysfunctional ways. All of us are healing together at this time and there is nothing to be ashamed of.

With over a 13 years of experience, I’ve dedicated myself to guiding men and women into a deeper relationship with life. My mission is simple: I want to help you remember who you are, to live fully, let go of the past and feel at peace in your body. I want you to live an authentic, soul-fulfilling life in service to something greater. The quality of your love is your medicine. Liberation requires immeasurable effort, and the reward is being true and at home with ourselves and offering that to our family, and community.

I’m passionate about spirituality, family, honoring our ancestors, healing arts, rites of passage, and living in harmony with this beautiful Earth we call home. With a deep foundation in Tantric Arts, Yogic Sciences, and Shamanic traditions, I blend ancient wisdom with modern psychology and somatic practices to help you rediscover the man beneath the conditioning—living from the King within.
